Recent Development
The Presidential Circular No. 2020/3 (“Presidential Circular“) regarding the postponement of meetings and organizations was published in the Official Gazette No. 31704 on March 20, 2020. Upon the recommendation of the Ministry of Health’s Coronavirus Science Committee, national and international science, cultural, art and similar organizations or meetings held in open or closed areas are postponed until the end of April.
