We collected information about the measures in response to COVID-19 from our contacts in different sectors and public resources. The purpose of this guide is to generate a practical and constructive chronological road map to assist businesses in managing supply chain disruptions. The guide addresses (i) securing inventory; ii) invoking contractual provisions when the performance of a contract is impossible; (iii) re-shaping supply lines with new alternative providers and addressing non-performing suppliers; (iv) state aids and other legislative tools; and (v) managing crisis by communicating with customers.
