The Decree No. 257 on the Extension of the Building Registration Certificate Application Date for Buildings Constructed Before December 31, 2017 Without a License or In Violation of Their Licenses (“Decree”) was published in the Official Gazette No. 30581 and dated October 31, 2018.
What Does the Decree Say?
The Decree extends the final application date for the building registration certificate from October 31, 2018 to December 31, 2018; however, there is no extension on the final payment date of the registration fee (December 31, 2018).
Conclusion
Individuals or companies owning buildings constructed without a license, in violation of its license and annexes or the zoning legislation can apply for the building registration certificate until December 31, 2018 to take advantage of the zoning peace.
