Our competition law team team has extensive experience in merger control filings regarding mergers and acquisitions, individual exemption, and negative clearance applications, representing our clients within the scope of investigations regarding cartels and abuse of dominant positions, and generally providing consultancy services on all matters related to competition law.
Our team represents our clients before the Competition Authority within the scope of merger and acquisition notifications and negative determination/exemption applications. In particular, it has made many notifications and applications to the Competition Authority for our clients operating in different sectors such as energy, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, automotive, health, food, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, and construction.
Additionally, we represent our clients before the Competition Authority in preliminary investigations and investigations on agreements restricting competition and abuse of dominant position and in sector investigations. We also support clients during on-site inspections by the Competition Authority.
Our team also organizes competition law training for clients in many sectors. It provides consultancy services in all areas of competition law, from day-to-day advisory services in competition law-related matters to general competition law compliance programs. In this context, our team identifies the potential competition law issues in the client’s business, and it supports them in resolving these problems with a business-friendly approach and methods that best suit the commercial requirements at hand.
